Terms of Service

Last updated: August 18, 2026

These terms govern any content editing, thumbnail, and management services (the “Services”) provided by Upforce Marketing (“Upforce,” “we,” “us”) to a creator or client (“you”). By applying for or using the Services, you agree to these terms.

The services

Upforce provides content editing, thumbnail design, content strategy, and platform management services for creators. The exact scope depends on the plan you choose — some plans include VOD clipping, others require you to provide pre-clipped footage. We’ll confirm the specifics with you before work begins.

Your content & ownership

You own 100% of the content we edit for you. Upforce does not retain any rights to your footage, edits, thumbnails, or any other deliverables — we’re the team behind the scenes, not a rights holder. You’re responsible for having the rights to any footage, audio, or assets you provide us to work with.

What we need from you

If your plan includes clipping, we just need your raw footage. If it doesn’t, you’ll need to provide shorter clips for us to edit from. Delays in providing footage or feedback will delay delivery.

Turnaround & revisions

Most edits come back within 48 hours of receiving what we need from you. Revisions are unlimited, but each round of revisions adds additional turnaround time.

Included by default

Every project includes non-copyright music, custom intros and outros, and pop-up animations, regardless of package.

Billing & commitment

Services are billed à la carte or month-to-month — there’s no long-term contract required, and you can cancel at any time. Lower rates are available for creators who commit to longer terms. Specific pricing is agreed with you directly before work begins.

Cancellation

You can cancel ongoing services at any time by letting us know. Work already in progress or delivered before cancellation remains billable.

Confidentiality

Any branding assets, unreleased footage, or business information you share with us is kept confidential and used only to deliver the Services.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to deliver quality work on time, but Upforce isn’t liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities arising from the Services, including delays caused by late footage or feedback from you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as we post the revised version, with the “last updated” date above reflecting the most recent change.
